Welcome to the Sound Journey Retreat with The Wild Reiki Woman. Join us for a very special evening of transformational Sound Journeys, Reiki Drumming & a totally epic Community. We are BACK at the GLORIOUS Waveney Valley barn, bringing you our love filled evening retreat, filled with healing practices to support and uplift you.

Through uplifting Sound, you’ll have the space to clear any lingering stagnation and step into a season of vitality and joy. Join us as we cultivate the inner and outer gardens of our lives, embracing growth and beauty within.

What to Expect

Please be aware we will practice outdoors.

  • An opening Meditation to relax into our wonderful surroundings.

  • A Reiki Drum Treatment from myself & Caroline (The Wild Reiki Woman).

  • A Reiki Drum Journey from Caroline.

  • An uplifting Sound Bath.

  • Closing Meditation & Closing Circle.

18:00 - 18:15 - Opening Circle & Meditation.

18:15 - 18:55 - Reiki Drum Treatment & Reiki Drum Journey.

19:00 - 19:45 - Sound Bath.

20:00 - Meditation & Closing Circle.

Our Day

What’s Not Included?

  • Drinks and food.

  • Transport to and from the venue.

  • Yoga mats and yoga blocks. Please bring your own yoga / exercise mat and anything else you may like! Please remember weather appropriate clothes! Please be aware we will practice yoga outdoors.

  • For the Reiki Drum section, you may like to bring fluffy socks, a cushion for under your head and knees, and a warm blanket.

  • All classes are suitable for all levels. Please advise us of any injuries at the start of the class.

  • By signing up to this retreat and the subsequent yoga classes you have accepted that participation is at your own risk. Furthermore, you agree that if you have any pre-existing health conditions you have been cleared by a medical professional to exercise. Jack Bryant (La Rue Yoga) accepts no responsibility for any injuries sustained.

Further Information

La Rue Yoga withholds the right to change the schedule if required and cannot promise there will be lovely weather. I wish I could! Please remember weather appropriate clothing. 

Cancellation Policy:

Due to a surprising number of people cancelling last minute, we have decided to make these tickets 100% NON-REFUNDABLE. Please only buy a ticket if you're sure you can attend. No refunds due to La Rue Yoga being a small business.
